The Company “GENERAL COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL S.A.”, in the context of providing accurate and timely information to investors, in accordance with article 4.1. “Obligations of issuers with shares listed on the Athens Stock Exchange” of the EURONEXT ATHENS Rulebook and the corresponding Decision No. 25 of the Board of Directors, and following a decision of the Company’s Board of Directors dated 07.09.2026, announces the amendment of the 2026 Financial Calendar with regard to the publication date of the 2026 Interim Financial Report.
Specifically:
Publication date of the 2026 Interim Financial Report: Thursday, September 10, 2026, instead of the initially announced date of Friday, September 11, 2026, after the closing of the trading session of the Athens Stock Exchange.
In the event of any amendment to the above dates, the Company will promptly inform the investment community by means of a new announcement.
