The company «General Commercial & Industrial S.A.», in the context of accurate and timely information of the investors, in accordance with the provisions of Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, article 4.1 «Obligations of Issuers of shares listed in Athens Stock Exchange Market», and the Decision 25, of Athens Stock Exchange Governing Board, announces its Financial Calendar for the year 2026 as here below:
1. Announcement of commentary on the Annual Financial Results and Publication of the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2025 , in accordance with applicable legislation on the Company's websites (www.geb.gr) and the Athens Stock Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr): on Friday, March 27, 2026 (after the close of the Athens Stock Exchange session).
2. Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: Wednesday, May 27, 2026.
3. Dividend ex-dividend date for the year 2025: Tuesday, June 9, 2026.
4. Date of determination of dividend beneficiaries for the year 2025 (record date): Wednesday, June 10, 2026.
5. Payment start date for the fiscal year 2025: Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
6. Publication date of the Semi-Annual Financial Report 2026: Friday, September 11, 2026 (after the close of the Athens Stock Exchange session).
In any case of modification of above mentioned days the Company will inform investors by a new announcement.
